The Remedies Directive - From a supplier’s perspective

The Remedies legislation requires procurement professionals in the public sector to follow a complex route map. Getting it wrong can be both expensive and damage reputations.

This workshop is designed to provide delegates with a clear understanding of the requirements of the legislation and its practical application.

After a brief summary of the changes to the Remedies rules, we then “flip” and look at these from the bidder’s perspective, and seek to understand how they build a case for challenge. We will look at the “nuts and bolts” of litigation, tactics, costs, disclosure and successful defence focusing on several recent cases in this field.
